Welcome to Formology, an application owned and operated by Relucent Labs ("Company", "we", "us", or "our"). By accessing or using our mobile application and backend telemetry features (collectively, the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not utilize the Service.
Formology provides automated exercise logging and biometric telemetry tracking utilizing device-side computer vision algorithms, posture metrics, and velocity tracking variables. You explicitly acknowledge that computer vision analysis is bound by environmental limitations, including camera positioning, ambient lighting, clothing interference, and sensor drift. Data provided by the Service is intended solely for educational tracking and logging purposes.
Physical resistance training, weightlifting, and powerlifting are inherently dangerous high-risk activities. YOU EXPLICITLY ASSUME ALL RISKS OF PHYSICAL INJURY, TRAUMA, PARALYSIS, OR DEATH SUSTAINED WHILE TRAINING IN CONJUNCTION WITH THE SERVICE. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, you hereby release, waive, and forever discharge Relucent Labs from any and all liabilities, claims, or medical expenses resulting directly or indirectly from software tracking anomalies, calculation variances, or your reliance on automated AI coaching outputs.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your authenticated credentials and account access paths. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized access or data breaches affecting your profile container. We reserve the right to terminate accounts or suspend access privileges at our sole discretion for any violations of system security metrics.
The application architecture, computer vision workflows, structural database schemas, telemetry engines, source code, design assets, and logos are the exclusive property of Relucent Labs. You are granted a limited, non-transferable, revocable license to use the application for individual consumer athletic tracking. Reverse engineering, decompiling, or scraped data duplication of our software layers is strictly prohibited.
These Terms of Service and any contractual or civil disputes arising from your use of the Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Minnesota, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
We reserve the right to alter these terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated by updating the version metrics within the application gate layer. Your continued use of the app following version upgrades constitutes binding acceptance of the revised text.
