This Privacy Policy details exactly how we gather, process, store, and secure your structural biometric tracking profiles.

1. Information We Collect

• Account Identifiers: Account metadata including names, email addresses, and secure system-generated user IDs when logging in via third-party providers (e.g., Google Sign-In).
• Biometric Data & Telemetry: Logged values detailing weights lifted, set counts, rep velocity matrices, positional tracking coordinates, joint angle vectors, and physical body measurements.
• Device Video Feed & Frame Processing: Formology utilizes your mobile device camera infrastructure to run computer vision pose estimation tracking. Camera streams are processed strictly in real-time, device-side. Raw video arrays or uncompressed video files are not uploaded, cached, or permanently stored on our remote cloud servers without your explicit user-initiated command.

2. How Your Data Is Processed

We use the processed data to deliver automated biometric coaching insights, calculate aggregate tonnage tracking over time, compile velocity telemetry dashboards, and maintain your structural legal consent history. We do not sell, lease, or distribute your biometric tracking charts or account profiles to third-party data brokers or advertisement marketplaces.

3. Data Retention & Immutable Storage Architecture

Your user profile and workout histories are retained for as long as your account container remains active. Legal waivers and system change audits signed via the app are mirrored to an immutable cloud ledger configuration hosted on Google Cloud Storage with strict data retention rules. These compliance records are protected by hardware write-once rules and cannot be deleted or altered during the regulatory protection window.Immutable signed legal audit records in your Google Cloud Storage bucket are legally retained for compliance/litigation defense and are exempt from standard user wipe requests.

4. Data Deletion and Your Privacy Rights

You maintain full control over your personal data. You may initiate an account closure and deletion sequence directly within the application profiles menu. Upon execution, all historical user tracking metrics, baselines, and performance graphs are permanently scrubbed from our active cloud database arrays, subject to necessary legal audit archiving exceptions required under federal regulations.

5. Compliance and International Data Transfers

Our server architecture operates utilizing infrastructure providers located inside the United States (including Neon.tech database endpoints and Google Cloud systems). By using the application, you understand that your encrypted data assets are handled within these jurisdictions to maintain global application state.
